Our slabs are approx. 105g each, but this may vary slightly as every product is cut by hand.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Milk, Butter (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Vanilla Bean Paste (Sugar, Water, Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Pods, Gum Tragacanth (a Natural Thickener)), Salt, Potassium Sorbate.

Our fudge has a 'best before' date of 6-7 weeks after cooking. It will last longer than this, but taste and texture will begin to deteriorate. Please see rear of individual items for their dates.
