Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, it is not possible to accept returns. However, you can request a refund/replacement product if your product has arrived damaged or is of a poor quality. Return/Replacement requests must be emailed to info@thefudgepeople.com within 30 days of your order date. You are encouraged to attach supporting documentation/evidence to support your request, e.g. photos.

We reserve the right to refuse to grant any refund if we feel that the issue is at the fault of the customer.

We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
